Sushi the other way
Fancy something untraditionally untraditional? Classical sushi is on-itself untraditional dish, but the sushi you will taste thanks to the following recipe is even more exotic. And on the top of it, it's unbelievably simple to make :)
For the cream prepare:
200g dried grated coconut, 1 tablespoon white miso, 1cm slice fresh horseradish, ¼ orange, water
Grind the coconut into flour (in a strong blender, robot or manual grinder). Peel the horseradish and together with the miso and orange put into the blender. Put about a ½ dcl water and mix. If the mixture is not wet enough, keep pouring in water until it has sticky consistency.
All other things for sushi:
nori seaweed, red beetroot
Prepare nori kelp, spread the cream on the whole width but only half the height of it (with a thickness of less than ½cm). Lay strips of the beetroot over the cream and start rolling it. When you roll almost to the end, wet the end of the kelp (about ½cm) using your fingertips. This way, the end of the kelp will stick to the roll, preserving its shape. Red beets can be pre-dipped in cinnamon to give the whole sushi wonderful aroma. It can also be replaced with a carrot, pineapple, orange wedges or green salad leaves (such as Lollo Biondo) and so on.
There are lots and lots of variations and non-traditional fillings, whether you fire your imagination lead you to anything, we wish you good taste:)

Per 1 cake form with a diameter of 26 centimeters prepare:
Body:
200g pumpkin seeds, 200g coconut, 300g dates, 4 blended bananas (about 350g), 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 4 spoons of psyllium
Blend pumpkin seeds and coconut in into flour - if you do not have powerfull enough blender, you can use a nut grinder or a food processor instead. Mix the flour with dates and slice in a food processor. Mix bananas with spices and pour over the mixture. Add psyllium and re-start the processor :) When we have enough adhesive and homogenous mixture, put it into the cake form and spoon evenly.
Upper cream layer:
1.4 kg of apples, 350 g dates, 180g raisins, 100g pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 4 spoons of psyllium
Make the flour from pumpkin seeds (as with the body). Peel the apples (if you don't have strong enough blender to finely blend the skin) cut away the cores.. Mix apples with spices and dates and pour into the processor. Add raisins, pumpkin flour and psyllium, and blend until the raisins are into pieces and the mixture stirred. Then put over the corpus and solidify in the refrigerator. Our cake last 7 days in the fridge, but can also be frozen and then it tastes even better :)
Now just cut and let yourself drift on a wave of sweet fruit and dream about the apple dream ...
Traditional czech sesame bread

Grind the flaxseed in a strong blender or hand grinder and put in the robot with all the ingredients. together with all other ingredients including the water we put into the robot. We can mix either by hand or using a kitchen robot, so that when he left sesame mostly untouched - the dough is then easier to work with. It is much more entertaining to do it with your hands and you will then really enjoy making your bread :) If you have the fruit drier, then hurray with the dough in to it. If not, just spread the dough on a sheet of baking paper and dry on a heater or in an open oven at under 50° C.
Intoxicating scent of marjoram fragrancing your house will totally impress you:)
