The magic of living cuisine

While seeking to live better years ago I encountered a reference to the miraculous effects of raw food, but I did not have sufficient motivation to learn more. Last year, my doctors discovered type 1 diabetes, so after some time I started to look for ways to get rid of this inconvenience. That had led me to the forgotten raw diet that I started to follow, but I did not have information whether I am doing it correctly. At Filip's seminar I learned not only what is the optimal composition of the daily diet. I got also the key knowledge of the diet in diabetes. Moreover I got a lot of useful tips and practical tricks, recipes. I saw how a raw household works in practice:) Since the beginning of the seminar I felt very relaxed. Filip's speach was engaging and understandable. He prepared an excellent meal (raw, of course:), shared his own experiences. For me it was very valuable, in that I saw for myself what beneficial effects a raw diet has, not only Filip but everyone at Ráj chuti glows with vitality, smile and balance. It had brought raw diet from my little experiment closer to reality. Now I still adhere to the live food diet. Insulin, which I had needed to inject inject 2x a day, now I totally eliminated. The seminar had primarily the following pros - Philip has an excellent perspective and theoretical and practical knowledge on a natural and sympathetic recitation, practical food preparation and testing of all five flavors (bravo) and an explanation of emotional ties on individual taste. The course was absolutely amazing :-) completely fulfilled my expectations that I know of a live diet in theory and practice. Although a healthy diet interested in more than 5 years, I have gained new information for me and confirm that there is still much to learn :-). From the practical part I'm the most excited about green drinks, sushi, almond milk, spaghetti of vegetables and sauces :-) Besides, I have learned how to use various exotic fruits that I had never seen before. Filip, who led course is wonderful sunshine and if you start from a bit nervous that you do not know how it will all take place on your nervousness will dissipate in a minute :-) And finally, a little warning: if you taste the meal, do not order the second day "ordinary pizza, it will have no taste and you will realize more than ever that this is just a "matter" :-) I wish to thank Filip and all who participated in preparing the course and all participants for a pleasant and fruitful day spent (Bára Kamenářová, translated from czech)

Thank you for fruitfully spent Saturday, a lot of inspiration and meaningful information, interlocked to my previous knowledge and bringing new light on the theories about diet. On Sunday morning I had the body charged with energy and soul full of true joy and lightness. The preparation of raw food gives unsuspected possibilities of combining flavors in conjunction with the need to promote a certain body organor property, feeling or emotion.
